12 Volt LPG & CO Detector Safe-T-Alert, Surface Mount

Propane and Carbon Monoxide gases can cause hazardous, sometimes deadly conditions. Why have two separate alarms when this compact unit can detect both propane and Carbon Monoxide. Using the latest microprocessor technology combined with two electronic self cleaning sensors, that operate independently of each other, this detector alerts users to unsafe concentrations of Propane or Carbon Monoxide. To prevent false alarms the detector has a recheck cycle before alarming, if high levels of gas remain during the recheck cycle, the detector will alarm. This alarm is listed for installation in recreational vehicles and can include a backing plate to cover existing installation cut outs (purchased separately). Install this alarm near sources of a potential gas leak 4 to 20 inches off the floor.
