Orders can only be sent to addresses within New Zealand.
Your order will normally be dispatched with 24 hours of the payment being received. If ordering during weekends or holiday periods (Easter, long weekends, Christmas, etc) this dispatch time may be longer.
Where possible we use a door to door courier service.
Expected delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. If the order is being delivered to a rural address, please allow an additional 2 working days. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please email us and we will track the package.
If you require an overnight courier, please call us for a quote.
If the NZ address for delivery is outside the North Island and South Island (such as Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham, Stewart Island, etc) please contact us for a freight quote. Our standard freight cost applies to North Island and South Island deliveries only.
Gipsy Caravans Levin reserves the right to dispatch the order in one delivery or by multiple deliveries. Failure to deliver any instalment shall not entitle the buyer to reject the contract for any instalments already delivered. The buyer may cancel any undelivered instalment provided we are unable to re-supply.
Any estimate of delivery times by Gipsy Caravans Levin is made in good faith and is an estimate only. Gipsy Caravans Levin shall not be bound by such quotation.
Gipsy Caravans Levin reserves the right to select the method/type of delivery and determine the applicable delivery fees to apply.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from the date of your order by either phoning 0800 704 944 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.00 noon), or by email to email@example.com. We can then discuss the reason you are not satisfied and issue you with a returns authorisation number.
If you have simply changed your mind regarding your purchase, we will only accept its return provided the item/s are unused and returned in the original condition and packaging. Return of your purchase will be at your cost and when calculating the refund the initial freight cost and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. If your purchase was sent to you with free delivery the actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
If the product/s are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Upon receipt of the faulty item it will be forwarded to our supplier where a decision is made regarding the repair or replacement of the item within its specified warranty period. Should the item be returned to us and a fault or damage is found to have been caused by (but not exclusively to) faulty installation, misuse or abuse no liability to repair, replace or refund shall exist on the part of Gipsy Caravans Levin.
